5/5 Excellent
"We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were. Oh and the staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast and other amenities!
Highly recommend!

"The location and convenience of Novotel is excellent. The lobby, restaurants, shops are very inviting. Reception for check in was welcoming and professional. The entire staff is very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had a quiet and good nights sleep. Amenities were plentiful. It was nicely decorated and very roomy, but furniture is beginning to look worn. I was disappointed to find hair and other bits of stuff on the rug making it appear like the room had not been vacuum. All in all, we appreciated the convenience of location inside the airport for our early morning flight and comfort of the hotel. "
