"This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Laurel. It is just a tad too far for walking distance to downtown Laurel, but only a 5-6 minute drive and parking was never a problem downtown. Once we parked, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Don't forget to go by Laurel's museum Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Just don't plan to shop after 5:00 pm or eat a late supper. Evenings can be spent walking the charming neighborhoods or relaxing on one of the 2 porches at the house. The house has been updated for the necessities but the original charm has not been changed. Beverly quickly responded to the few questions I had."

"The staff was so friendly and talkative. I really enjoyed talking with them. The room was spacious and very clean bathroom. The carpet needed a good shampoo cleaner. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage and biscuits. They did have a Belgian Waffle Maker."
