“Property was older and we was a little nervous about that but rooms have been remodeled and was very very clean! Staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was awesome! I would definitely recommend ”

“HORRIBLE experience. The room was infested with ticks and other insects. It’s a cheap, low quality place. The rooms aren’t that clean either. There was no shampoo, conditioner, nor body wash in the shower. We asked to be moved and there wasn’t another one available. We had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel. They don’t have a working phone so I’m still going through hell to get my refund from expedia. Trust me, stay away from this place. ”

“Charming, one story, very well maintained lodge located on a beautiful river. Our room was extremely clean. Our bed was super comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and hot water. Perfect location for visiting Smokie Mountain National Park. ”
