"Overall clean and comfortable, liked that there was not carpet. Best part was within walking distance of several great restaurants....traffic is terrible so you want to walk. Only a 10 minute walk to Patriot Park to catch a trolley to Dollywood. All day trollet pass $3. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would staff again."

"There was no clear posting of smoking areas, or dog walking areas. I was under impression that we would be near the pool and on ground floor. We were not. Alot of people hanging out outside and watching us go in and out. Jacuzzi tub was broken, blinds broken, pool table worn, toilet broken, but it was clean , and had plenty of room. "

"I normally don’t leave reviews but this one earned it ! The pictures online don’t do it justice! We had a 3/2 bath suite and it was first class. So much space and everything was so clean! We stayed from a Friday to a Monday and everything was easy to get to because all of the theme parks eating places souvenir shops and even a Walmart are mins from the resort! My kids loved the lazy river and the indoor pool that was accessible 24/7. Oh and please book a river view so you can see and feed the ducks from your room it was amazing and my kids loved it! Definitely will be back next time we’re in the area! "
