Disappointing stay

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Wi Fi that actually works!
Location: Location is quite a walk away from downtown but close to a gas station and a 7-11.
For $115 per night, I expected more than a tiny room with a horrible Internet connection a side door to the hotel that never worked. We will try somewhere else next time we are in town.

I would stay again.

Pros: Good beds and bedding.
Cons: No it was just fine for the price.
Location: Large grocery store across street ,nice coffee shop in the same parking lot and a few resturants to walk to.
The rooms are very small but clean with comfortable beds with nice cotton sheets. For the price it is we'll worth it for a good night sleep.

convenient

Pros: cost and convenience
Cons: Wi Fi access was not good in our room. We had to go out in the hallway to get it to work
good value for the money.. good breakfast choices... close to Bellis Fair, Trader Joes and Fred Meyer.. all important to our party.

Nice place close to highway.

Cons: Breakfast ... Definitely !!
Location: Shopping, casinos , site seeing.
Stayed 1night ,breakfast was a joke though. Couldn't get in the room for breakfast because my key card wasn't working. Once in coffee was very watered down and not much for break fleas to be had.

Easy access to Airport

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Access to I-5 and airport
Cons: Could use some updating. Seemed a bit pricey ($115 per night) for the amenities.
Location: Fred Meyer is across the street which is handy.
The hotel was close to the freeway and served the purpose of being close to the airport. Overall, it wasn't anything special. The cooling system in our room didn't work all that well and when we left, there was an oversized fan blowing down the hallway so they must have had issues with the whole system. The breakfast was decent. in between stays our room was straightened but not really made up like you would expect. The bed was partially put back together and the soap was replenished but they didn't empty the coffee pot, make the bed, etc. like you would expect. Just seemed unnecessary for them to come in if they werent going to spruce it up again.

Only for one night.

This was only for a night before heading home. It was very relaxing after a week in Vancouver Canada.

sorry to say but their claims are not factual...

Posted Jun 20, 2014
Cons: room was cold, and the heater/air conditioning didn't seem to be stable, we were cold all night, plus the traffic is extremely loud!!
We arrived in the early evening to be advised that the airport shuttle that they promised they had only runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, they did not tell me this in advance. Also they claim to have fresh baked cookies in the lobby, 24/7,... not to nit pick, but nope.. no cookies. I know that may sound trite but when a hotel advertises certain things that make them "stand out" I expect what they say is true...... sad to say this hotel does not deliver, and to top it off we had to pay $21.00 to get to the airport and $21.00 to get back... just a heads up!!

This hotel was fine for a one night stay.

Pros: the location, the breakfast, the shower in the hot tub room
Cons: Vacuum the room floors! Fix the hot tub!
Location: easy access off the highway, close to Fred Meyer store and Subway
Our room (family of 4) faced the highway, so I couldn't have the window open while the tv was on - too loud, but the fan in the room worked well. The room seemed clean, but when my son dropped his comb on the floor by the sink it was covered in long, black hair; the same thing happened to me - I dropped something and it had long, dark hair all over it. That kind of put me over the edge. We were leaving that morning or else I would have "demanded" the floor be vacuumed or us moved to another room. I really wanted to sit in the hot tub for a few minutes, but it was SO hot I couldn't even keep my feet in it for more than a few seconds. So disappointed. I did like that there was a shower to use before and after, but I was bummed about the hot tub. The beds were comfy enough, but I didn't really like the pillows; no one else seemed to care though (I'm kind of fussy). No fan in the bathroom. Liked that the sink was outside of the toilet/shower area in the room. Coffee was fine. Fridge worked fine. Didn't use the microwave. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband and daughter did and it was pretty good - the especially liked the waffle maker and the fact that there was peanutbutter and syrup. I had a blueberry muffin and it was tasty. Also they had 1/2 & 1/2 for my coffee so I was happy.
