The hotel room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offered was ok a value for the food served - it was limited on a weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anything in the city centre areas.

We stayed at the Sheraton for easy access to Lumen Field for the Kenny Chesney concert. It was a great idea. The walk was easy(1.3 miles) and felt safe daytime and returning late night. My only problem with my stay was the check-in. The person helping me did not speak English very understandably. She kept asking for my Envoy confirmation number which I did not have since I booked with Expedia. It set me into a panic although she had my room and reservation. That was a very unnecessary unpleasantness. She insisted about 4 times before she let me know that she had my reservation and room! I expect better from an expensive downtown hotel.

Really enjoyed the property but witnessed a gun fight where two people were shot on pike street at 11pm walking back to the hotel from the pier. Definitely do not go out after dark.
