Cottage Downtown Benicia

Nestled in the heart of the historic district of downtown Benicia, boasts this charming seaside cottage with 2 bedroom , 1 bath and fully functional kitchen.

Over a century old, this cottage was once a boathouse and has been remodeled.

This is the only remaining house in Main Street and you are a few steps away from the marina, shops, spas, restaurants and bars.

You get to enjoy the water view, ocean breeze and the feel of small town.
The space
Sit and relax on the 4 Adirondack chairs located in the front deck looking out onto the vast water view of the Carquinez bridge. Then at night sit back and relax around the fire on the 4 Adirondack chairs in the backyard deck listening to the live band music from Lucca Beer Garden.

Accommodates up to 4 adults with 2 queen beds. Steps from the bay if fishing is desired.

This cottage is located in the same block of popular restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, a beer garden, and shops.

Just 20 mins from Napa and 30 mins from San Francisco.
Guest access
The entire house is yours, with full deck, patio and full backyard with a swing and fire pit. Parking for two cars.
Other things to note
The house is over 100 years (1914 built) old but has been recently remodeled. It has central heat but no AC due the fact that is not needed being so close to the water that the breeze keeps the house cool.

The house is also located next to the beer garden with privacy fence and mature trees separating it. But you can enjoy the live music which usually plays on weekends from 6pm-9pm.

This is the last surviving house in Main Street, most homes have been converted to shops.
