"This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. "The stay was non-refundable from the moment we booked. Turns out, we were only able to stand staying for 2 of the 9 nights we paid for. We wouldn't have stayed more than the 1st night, but after spending so much money, we tried. We arrived on a super cold night (13°) at 3:30 in the morning. There were no lights on so that we could see the unit easily & it was 53° inside the unit. We froze that night because we couldn't find the thermostat in the dark.
