"Beautiful panoramic mountain view! Cabin was very cute and clean. It sits very close to other cabins. We had some difficulty with the front door lock because the battery was low and the TV remote batteries were dead. The bed is very firm and not comfortable at all. The picture/description said there was a swing but the swing has been removed. It has 2 chairs in its place. There was no covering over it so we were unable to use it due to rain. "We arrived following a thunderstorm where the electricity went out. The elevator was out but the repairman was called. Unfortunately we were on the third floor and my mom is disabled. My mom slowly made her way up the stairs and the lovely general manager helped my mom up and carried her luggage. She offered to carry mine too! During our whole stay we felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay again"
