“Professional and Caring Staff”

When we checked into our hotel room last Wednesday night, I was not in the best of health, although I did not realize it at the time. I had not eaten in several hours, and was hypoglycemic. I had a seizure and lost consciousness. My husband asked the person at the front desk to call for the paramedics, who arrived within just a few minutes. In the meantime, the members of the staff were very helpful to my husband, relaying information and instructions from the paramedics and supporting him in his efforts to care for me. The members of the staff conducted themselves with great professionalism, and my husband and I are grateful for their help. We look forward to staying with Microtel again.

We were just passing through the area on a road trip. It was a great deal on Expedia and perfect for our family. I would return. It was clean and right off the highway.

Hotel was under renovations but was not a problem for us. My Facebook addicted daughter enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. Hotel is close to lots of restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Efficient layout for a two queen bed room. Courtious service. Big TV. WiFi, free long distance. Everything you might need. As a frequent traveler, I prefer a hotel designed for travelers - this one satisfies without the hassle of someother places.

“We made the right choice”

I prefer to stay in 3 and 4 star hotels if preferable. I am from Bowling Green and due to death in my family I returned to the area. This gem on a popular travel website caught my eye due to the reasonable pricing for what I was looking for. The staff was fast, friendly, and courteous. The room was super clean, quiet, and cozy. We have a 4 month old daughter and we were able to rest comfortably. We wish the inn had king size beds and they don't but that's the only down side. I would stay here every time I return to the Bowling Green area. I do not have enough good things to say about my stay here. You truly get your money's worth and then some with this inn.

This is a great place to stay on a budget. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The free breakfast was not gourmet but the coffee was good and it was certainly acceptable for the price.
