There was a strange sign in the elevator that said if anyone jumps the elevator will break and you will be stuck. I mean what kind of elevator breaks that easily? The elevator should be secured with steel cables that would not be impacted by a human movement. I did not want to take the elevators after reading this sign!

The room was clean but not as big as expected for a suite The hotel was in a very convenient location. The breakfast staff were not friendly and at times very rude. The breakfast area wasn’t stocked well in the mornings, with many things unavailable.

I booked a room with a city view and got a room on the second floor. I had a long wait for check in because the front desk system was down. The staff seemed underprepared to resolve things manually. There was also an issue where my keycard became deactivated.
