Only stayed over night, but the hotel has everything you could want. Restaurant, indoor pool, exercise room. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours and for a few you can park your car there while you travel for a few.

Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either. There were snacks near the front desk all the time, a beautiful fountain with comfortable seating around it for relaxing or getting some work done undisturbed. Everything was very clean and all the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in the Cincinnati area.

The over all stay was great just had issues with check in they didn’t have the room we reserved we had to change rooms the next day we booked a suite and had to stay in a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch for 4 people but the next day we where able to get our suite

Hotel was in a convenient location. Close to airport with a gas station right across the street. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. Getting to the airport was great. Unfortunately, after we landed was a bit of a mess. We called front desk to let them know we were ready for a ride. Turns out, there were about 30 of us waiting for the same ride. The first van packed as many people in as they could, leaving 17 of us to wait. Called front desk again asking them to please send another van. While waiting, another group approached the waiting spot. We kindly told them we had been waiting an hour for a ride and please let us all go first. All 17 packed in, including one lady who sat on the floor. When we finally made it back, we had to wait another 15 minutes because the back door of the van was jammed. By the time it was all said and done, we got in our car 2 HOURS after we landed. We said many times, we should have just got an Uber. But, after paying $8 a day to park, we didn’t want to add to that expense.

We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. We ended up Ubering back to our car. This is the last time we'll waste our time with Holiday Inn. Room was also not very clean.

The room was clean but we could smell that it was probably a smoking room at one point. The furniture was dated but clean and in good condition overall. We didn’t eat at the on-site restaurant but it looked clean as we walked by and had a decent breakfast menu. We rented a car for the long weekend we were in town, dominant comment on the shuttle, but parking was no trouble. The hotel was suitable for our needs - a place to sleep comfortably but otherwise just a base to launch from each day to see the sights.

Sofa couch was stained as we're the sofa cushions. Had to ask housekeeping for more sheets to make my kid feel comfortable.. You can see some age on the rooms like wallpaper starting to peel in a spot or two. Housekeeping didn't speak any English so getting sheets from them became a lil harder than expected but finally got that sorted and laid down to relax before the show. There were 2 tvs but one remote and no apps. Cable only. 42 channels of cable and one controller with 2 adults and a 9 year old made us wish we would of brought the Playstation and a firesrick. Surprisingly when u walk in the main entrance there is a beautifull fountain and the sound of rushing water. It definitely gives u the impression of a really fabulous hotel but behind our hotel room door very average if not a bit of a let down.
