"This location is very far removed from St. Helena (25min) even though the address states St. Helena. It’s an old and rather rundown farm. The hostess was rude when I tried to cancel after finding out by a colleague that this was not an ideal place since I was traveling alone and the location has no internet, cellphone signal and it’s really in the middle of nowhere. "My husband and I rented for five weeks and enjoyed our stay. The cottage has been nicely remodeled with wood floors, new appliances and lovely bedding. The kitchen was supplied with the basics and when needed the AC was great. Although the cottage is located in a development 3 miles from town we felt safe. Betsy was very helpful, and gave us contacts for tennis and restaurant recommendations."
