"When David built this basement apartment, he did not spare expense. The design and the quality of materials, fixtures and appliances is top notch. Not to mention the top of the line Sony projector, movie screen and surround sound. It feels like you are in a theater. Of course now we are spoiled at home with our puny big screen LOL. We will definitely stay there again."

"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"Owner very easy to work with. The apartment is surprisingly roomy for a studio. Appreciated the shower stall instead of stepping into a tub to shower. Nice supply of cookware and dishes. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening. I ate one meal at Jakes Famous Crawfish; it was outstanding."

"This is a wonderful, cozy little spot. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and well equipt. I stayed here with a friend while using it as home base to visit family and friends. "We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property."

"Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction...
