The huge lanai provides ample space for outdoor dining and entertaining. Situated on the waterfront, this house offers stunning views and convenient gulf access. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway, this property has it all.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

**This home has a private pool & hot tub.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. Very nice house with hot tub and pool
Very nice house located right on water canal with hot tub and pool, although we could never get the hot tub jets working. Fit 6 full size male adults comfortably with only drawback being location on far NE Cape Coral that is a further drive from RSW, Ft Myers Beach and other Ft Myers locations that we traditionally visit.

Great house!
Overall - great stay! Communication with property management was the best I’ve ever had. We had one plumping issue that was resolved nearly immediately. Best thing about the house - heated pool and hot tub! Only downside - pool and patio are north facing. If you want a lot of sun, it can be difficult in the winter months.
