"Our rental was double booked..couldn't get a hold of host..the house cleaning lady helped us finally get in around 10pm into a small room,we had to sleep on one bed,and had to get up early the next morning so our reg rental could be cleaned..sat outside for over an hour..I feel I should get reimbursed at least for that 1st day and half of 2nd..after all that everything got better...its a beautiful rental and perfect location to everything..even after everything I do recommend it..that 1st day...

"Overall, the apartment and location was great! Everything was clean and organized (my wife has very strong feelings on that, and even she was impressed). The hiccup mentioned in the title was pool had been closed with a maintenance issue and then was closed for a scheduled maintenance day…which was a disappointment, but also not something under the direct control of Monique. Monique spoke openly with us about it and made extremely reasonable efforts to make it up to us! There’s plenty of people...

"Property was nice. The area is not the greatest but the house was nice. Had a gated entry, nice for security purposes since we had a rental. Slight issue with tv not working, owner refunded $50. Our last night it was raining. Water started going thru windows in both bedrooms so that was an inconvenience. Owner initiated another $50 refund, which I agreed since it was our last night. However, that credit has not made it to my credit card. I reached out to Vrbo and owner with no reslution. Owner...

"Very clean modern . However we rented based on the listing of 1+ bathroom and there was only 1 bathroom. It could have used a few more towels, toilet paper and just basic items like coffee to make. It did have a washer and dryer so that was nice. Also had a beautiful pool area right outside the door!"
