"Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. "Beautiful property with a stunning back yard. Limited cutlery and limited amenities (i.e., limited shampoo, no coffee filters). Otherwise, a perfect venue for a family vacation to celebrate a 60th birthday."

"We had such an amazing 5 nights here! We were 11 ladies visiting to celebrate a few of our 50th bdays! The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Any issues we had were immediately resolved. Property management company is on it! The outdoor space is perfect to relax, enjoy the pool and play some games. We will definitely come back!"

"We had a great time in Scottsdale watching our son in the PAC 12 tournament. This house was perfect for our family with a huge comfy sectional, giant tv, 3 bedrooms with large beds, TV’s in two of the bedrooms, towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and essentials in all 3 bathrooms. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located, communication from owners was excellent. We were able to bbq, hang out at the pool and go out in the evening with section Scottsdale a 10 min drive away....

"Very nice 3 bedroom home. It was clean and well equipped with a couple of minor upgrades needed. As others have stated the pool is cold even when it was 95 out and please note there are no pool lights or direct lights on pool so after dark swimming is a little risky. Kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast pots and pans are very old. It would be helpful to have an information sheet about things like washer/dryer, light switches (on a remote) and parking procedures etc. the neighborhood was...

"Great ladies trip and this home made it even better. Great size pool, nice backyard for even wine and the kitchen came with every necessity. There were 5 of us and the bedrooms were more than enough. The property management company was super responsive to questions and ensured we were aware of what was required upon check in/out. We highly recommend this for your next family vacation, girls trip or golfing."

"the house was comfortable. The pool is somewhat small and the vacuum hose is anoyingly in the way. There were no directions for the television and no major or cable channels. it would be helpful if the owner create a notebook about rules and directions for ceiling fans and TV. New towels and wash clothes for the bathroom would be nice."

"The host was extremely communicative and extremely helpful when we arrived. The best example of customer service! We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. While located in the city, there was also a definite feel of the country as well, mainly due to the roosters, chickens, and peacocks in the neighborhood. Huy is the perfect example of what we want from a host...responds very quickly to questions and very helpful!"

"Extended family meeting for niece graduation! They live in nearby neighborhood so our spot was great for the occasion. We did cook a few times and the kitchen was well stocked! High school and college cousins were able to hang out together with the grown ups comfortable as well! Super cool neighborhood and the property was great!"

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."
