"The cleanliness of the house was poor. The floors were dirty. The bedding in one of the rooms was indescribable and the blankets were used due to the chilly weather had to be washed in order to be used. There were no batteries in the remotes for the home entertainment and fans they had to be delivered by the management company. "The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."
