From the moment we walked in everything looked from the 70s our toilet didn’t work they only give you one set of towels for five days and expect you to wash them daily. Our toaster didn’t work no iron and then when we came back our toilet overflowed terrible bed and the worst pillows possible. I feel I was charged way too much for our stay and such a crappy hotel. Make sure if you want to make anything bring your own tools they gave you one spatula one frying pan, no strainer and the worst silverware for of everything. The only thing that was good about our stay was the maintenance man had to come to our apartment often the cleaning people were very unfriendly wouldn’t even give you an extra towel. not ever planning on staying there again Wayover priced for what you’re getting highly not recommended.

The room was spacious, and fit our family of 6. Unfortunately, the place was very dirty! including a bed with sheets that were dirty. The picture of the place looked really nice, but upon arrival, it looked very different.

It was just a disappointment to stay at this place. Perhaps my luck. The check in info was provided after I arrived at the location late in night . It was problematic to get into the building as doors would not respond. The block I stayed in stank of sewage. The shower would not drain normally and fridge made strange noises. I will not repeat it.

Check-in time was 4pm, but our room was not actually ready until 5:30pm. My husband observed the cleaning crew still in our room, cleaning, at 5pm, as we were waiting for our key code to be texted to us, long after we'd already checked in at the front desk. There were other people in the same boat, waiting for rooms that weren't ready at check-in time. The carpets were still not clean, once we finally got into the room, and the elevators and hallways were not clean, either. The bathtub was stained and not appealing. We got one tiny bar of soap for 4 adults for 2 nights. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, but I still would not recommend staying here. The text messages I received while waiting for our room were deliberately misleading; they kept telling me that I couldn't have the key code until I'd checked in at the front desk (I had already been to the front desk twice by that point, so this was a lie to cover the fact that they were still cleaning the room! The person at the front desk merely apologized and told me she'd contact her manager). Not a good experience. We enjoyed our time in Scottsdale, though! Just please make sure you stay somewhere else!

Metro Scottsdale Apartments are a cost-effective lodging option in great location. We liked the keypad entry system rather than having to keep track of a key card. It was great to have a small kitchen and full-sized fridge including ice maker at our disposal. Some things we were not prepared for: Impossibly slow internet - when it would even connect, very few kitchen utensils, coffee maker that uses non-standard pods so it was difficult to use our own coffee, had to request more towels and linens for the hide-a-bed, no refills on paper towels, kleenex or toilet paper. In summary, this is a good economy lodging option but be prepared to take care of your own needs during your stay - and don't count on the internet for work or entertainment.

I wish the check in communication was more streamline. The directions that Expedia gave and the front desk were conflicting and caused some unneeded stress. It wasn’t made clear if I was going to get my room serviced after each night.
