"The house was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. My husband and I brought our two dogs for a little vacation. We were greeted with dog treats, bowls for food and water, personalized Good Friday Chalet stickers, and a cute sign with my name on it. Although we went in the spring, the house would also be great for one of our ski trips in the winter. "First off, let me say the the communication with the host was absolutely ideal. The house was immaculate. Perfect setup. It was myself and my husband, my teenage son and his friend. You are a 5 min walk from the base of the mountain. It’s just a great setup. We are definitely considering renting for next year!"

"Amazing chalet in a perfect location! We loved our stay here. All the facilities were well maintained and all arrangements and instructions were clear. The chalet was also very clean and every detail of the stay was very well thought and organized. "Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. "We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. It is located a short drive to North Conway which is what we wanted. There are many breweries and restaurants within a very easy drive. The only issue we were not thrilled with is you have to bring your own sheets and towels which we did not see mentioned in the original listing. Aside from this I highly recommend this home."

The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. "The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. "This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back."
