“can't wait to use them again”

the hotel overall was just what we wanted close to all our agendas, various restaurants nearby, and a nice outdoor pool my children enjoyed playing in after a long day at The Beach and Kings Island. Thanks Homestead for making it just perfect.

We have stayed in the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati several times and our recent stay was a good as any. We will certainly ask about this place on our future trips.

“Would stay again”

I stayed here over Mem. Day weekend and hotel was booked to full capacity during the night we stayed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out was simple and quick. Our room was comfortable. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It would be ideal for someone staying for an extended period of time, as the hotel is designed for, with plenty of storage and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything from pots and pans to a dishwasher in the room. There was a room service menu with decent variety and prices but we did not take advantage of that as there are plenty of places to eat within a reasonable driving distance from the hotel. The area the hotel was in was quiet and seemed safe. The only things that made the experience less than perfect for us were that we could hear the people in the room over top of us running around their room all night (this is not the hotel's fault, however, and could happen anywhere) and the beds could have been a tad more comfortable but served their purpose. This room was an absolutely wonderful value for the price. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for somewhere to stay in the Cincinnati area.

“home away from home”

I liked the location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I really Liked the layout of the room. The hotel was clean . It did have some aesthetic issues.

“Just Okay”

There were 3 parties traveling together, and we had each called separately asking to have our rooms near one another. We were all on separate floors. The pots/pans in the kitchen had to be scrubbed w/an sos pad prior to use. The bathtub needed to be unclogged, as it filled up while showering. The "continental breakfast" was very poor, as the items available were not appetizing. However, the coffee was quite good.

“Not the best accomodations”

If you stay here make sure you are on the first floor. The third floor is absolutely disgusting. The hallway carpeting was filthy and stained, the smell of burned curry permeates everything, and the furniture and beds were far worse than what the first floor offered.

“Would stay again”

The staff was exceptionally accommodating with requests for extra pillows and linens. Check-in was pleasant and quick. My only complaint would be that our room was a little less than clean..there was a bottle cap and someone's bracelet behind the sleeper sofa and a dirty cake knife on top of the refrigerator. It seemed like housekeeping staff didn't go above or beyond to clean any surfaces that were not immediately visible. I don't "white-glove" my hotel rooms but these were visible when we pulled the sofa out to unfold it and a tall person could see the top of the fridge. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for 1 night and close to our destination. We would stay again.

“What a disappointment!”

This hotel desperately needs an update, a good cleaning, plus a manager with a clue! Everything seemed worn down or outdated. Room had free coffee but no coffee pot. Bathroom had bracket on the wall but no hair dryer. Nightstand had disgusting long-term dust on it. Stairwells look as if they haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened. Finally, manager needs to actually DRIVE the "Directions to Hotel" listed on the website. They sent us in the WRONG DIRECTION!!! Would I stay here again? Definitely NOT!

“Hotels & Hurricanes”

Unfortunately,I arrived at the Hotel 15 hours before Hurricane Ike did. When Ike swept thru Cincinnati on Sunday Afternoon it took out the power for most of the area including the hotel. when I left two days later there was still no power. The staff did not handle the situation well. No Lighting or power in the hotel.Stairwells were pitch black and dangerous. they canceled breakfast on Monday and Tuesday. Phones were out. They could have provided Candles. They should have figured out a way to light the stairwells.etc
