In the description it says that they have housekeeping is a lie we stay there for 3 days and no housekeeping show up in our room, I ask the front office and the housekeeper for clean towels they never give us clean towels, this place is a mess they are not organized and they made a mess with my reservation. This place shouldn’t be in expedia.

The sink stopper was completely gone. The tub/shower stopper was completely gone and it was leaking up from the floor from underneath. Tub was loaded with hair that we rinsed out. Ice machine had black mold growing. Breakfast was coffee and one package of muffins. Staff was lounging in the lobby on the chairs during breakfast.

Smelled bad as soon as you walked into the lobby. During checkout, the guy couldn’t even be bothered to answer any questions as he was watching some show on the computer. Took the key card and dismissed me

The staff was nice but this hotel was an absolute dump. Smelled like cigarettes inside the room. The ceiling paint was hanging down, miscellaneous stains on the door. It was just bad. The “free breakfast” was only coffee and a small two pack of dry muffins. Nothing else

It’s dirty, regardless of what room it will be a smokers room, it’s surrounded by drug users. Stay away not recommended.

No extra locking mechanism on the door for safety. Bathroom was a bit outdated and slightly dirty. Not a lot of top comforter on the bed or extra pillows. Rooms could use some fresh paint. We had a non smoking room which was fine, however the hallway smelled of deep cigarette smoking (maybe could use some air fresheners or neutralizers mounted in the hallway?)

Absolutely the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in…. Would have left but there was an altercation happening outside and I didn’t feel safe leaving my room! Filth, holes in the walls, no amenities, missing lamp shade, stained drapes and linens.
