The bed matress was phenomenal. The staff we encountered were fantastic for the most part. The first room had issues ( the toilet woukd not flush which my husband did fix and the light flickered worse than a strobe light) We moved to a second room which smelled really bad from cigarette smoke. The floor was sticky as well so we had to keep socks on. There was a white old cargo van parked in the handicap that was obviously not handicap. Staff told me the owner had been in residence a while so the owner was allowed to park there. We had to park several spaces down and we are handicap. Chair guard outside our room was loose and crooked.

the hallway on the second floor smells like marijuana the whole time. Breakfast foods limited and even gave me diarrhea, bedsheets and blankets feel itchy

The shower didn’t work . Water was not hot . The comforter on the bed for tore up. One of the bed were making noises every time you got in the bed and off. When I told them all they did was offer me another room. I didn’t take it because it was on the 3rd floor. My mom is disabled and can’t be walk a long way.

I didn’t like the dirty exterior, the dirty INTERIOR of the building. The room wasn’t a room I reserved.. my key didn’t work 3 times in two days.. THE HOTEL STAFF SWIPED MY CARD TWICE AND STOLE MY MONEY, then argued for an hour… I paid 135 in overdraft fees.. thanks, I’ll make sure to tell all of my soldiers in the military to never come there again

Old clothes in the bed
My husband and I want for a weekend get away for our anniversary of 29 years. We wanted a hot tub in the room which is why I picked this one. The room looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1970s. There were stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on the tub. The tub looked like the original from the 70s. Half the plugs didn't work in the room. The bedside table was literally coming off the wall. The light shade was busted. We also found clothes in the bed. It was gross and we will never stay there again. Also the smoke detector had duck tape all over it. I have pics but it won't let me add them.

We reserved a room with a King bed, but when we arrived, he said they didn't have any King beds, so he gave us 2 doubles instead. Really? Why did you allow us to reserve a King room when you didn't have any? The room was okay, but the bedside table between the 2 beds was fixed to the wall, but the middle portion of the wall (a panel attached to the wall that the table was then attached to) was not affixed securely, so when we put things on the bedside table, they soon slid off and onto the floor. Ridiculous! The breakfast was sad. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
