It happened to us both days. We were finally given the code to the key lock box outside the door. Put it back immediately upon opening the door because it automatically locks and you may find yourself locked out. We had a good time in the Redwood Suite. Beautiful, quiet, comfortable. Well...

"The room we were given was not at all what I was told we would have - I was told there was sleeping for 3-4 and there was not. I had to pay extra for a cot. The j jacuzzi was not working which was in tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. Will not return"

"The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows."
