"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging. "Staff are lovely but the 7th floor is like a dungeon. Rooms are old and not worth money paid. Air ducts are filthy, just about blocked and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Dinner and dining area was great. Piano playing, staff and food was excellent. "
