We came for the truck meet in Maggie Valley, the house was only 20 minutes away, and that is only because we had to go down the mountain to get downtown, but it was worth it for the incredible views. "This cabin is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are a bit ocd when it comes to cleanliness of new places, and this cabin was a nice refresher. Everything was nice and clean. The view was absolutely beautiful. I will say as we do a lot of trail riding we wasn’t expecting the drive way to be as bad as others made it out to be. But it’s definitely something to drive slowly, and carefully in a 4wheel drive. Although Bryson doesn’t have many tourist attractions it was definitely the get away...

"What a lovely Chalet! This was a perfect spot for a little get away for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and all of the outside lounging areas. There were only two of us, so as far as the beds go I can only comment on the mater bed. Slept great and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for grilling out on the gas grill. What a great place in a convenient location. Would highly recommend! "Family friendly, spacious, accommodations met our family needs, and beautiful views. Host was prompt , consistent with reservations, directions, and information. Family enjoyed the pool table and foosball. The cabin was clean but not fresh. There were spiderwebs, ash piled up in the fireplace, sheets smelled stale , and outdoor furniture was dirty. Cabin appeared as if it were cleaned a month ago but closed up for a time. A spring cleanup would be recommended for the start of a new season."
