It was cool
it was really fun walls was messed up and doors barley opened but we didn’t complain still had a good time next to a store very convenient I loved the stay very chill and the neighbors mind they business too

Beware - very misleading
Ultimately, we did not stay because upon arrival to the property, we were fearful for our safety. The description of the property (recently revised after our complaint) is deceiving and does not reference the conditions of the neighborhood. "Up-coming" is a far stretch as is the statement that the property is perfect for "families and couples with kids." After contacting the host with our concerns of deception and request for some form of a refund, we were quickly dismissed and referred to an article defining up-and-coming. An apology was given that we "felt uncomfortable." The matter was not comfort level, but safety. I do not recommend this property for anyone, but especially for families or those with children. The property itself may have undergone renovation, but there are absolutely no other signs of "revitalization" going on, only suspicious activity.

Pretty little house with great access to Fair Park
We stayed here for a concert at Dos Equis and it worked out great! Owner is very responsive and house was very clean.
