"Giacomo was such a welcoming and thoughtful host. We enjoyed his homemade limoncello testing! He also gave us great recommendations. Our room was very clean and stocked with snacks and drinks from Giacomo. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Sorrento! "

"Staff and service were amazing, shuttle to Sorrento was a great inclusion as it’s too far and not safe to walk. No food onsite but a great restaurant next door. Drinks are available just make sure you bring snacks with you."

"The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and safe. The staff is friendly and professional.

"Check in was smooth we had a wonderful stay, had a slow morning, used the coffee expresso machine to make cappuccino and chilled in the front porch, it was lovely. Spacious room, very comfortable and walkable distance to most places. Very nice staff who was very helpful and friendly."

"A nice hotel. The reception staff was nice and welcoming!!! Located very central, steps away from the centre of the city, restaurants and shopping stores. Breakfast was great with variety of choices… "
"The hotel is well located by the little harbor, and next to two great restaurants, buses, cabs and a couple of shops. Parking is a bit complicated with the on-call valet, but they were nice, and we made it work. The roof top pool and bar is amazing with great views of Napoli, the ocean, and Mount Vesuvius. "
