"This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property."

Easy to find right in town and close to great pizza shop Alyssa recommended-she was great! It is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway and enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings. "The house is beautifully decorated and has so much charm. Love the artist themed bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and we had lots of room to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The Alexa was a great touch for music! The property is very large and the area very quite. Matt was quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great time!!"

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. "We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us. Time passed slowly as we walked around...

"Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!"
