“Cuando llegue me dieron una habitación sin vista a la playa y con una obra en construcción al lado, me quejé y me dijeron que daban un upgrade y me cambiaron pero no pueden darme inicialmente esta habitación y si pasa pasa”

“El hotel es un hotel que te da lo que pagas. Si bien las instalaciones no son las mas modernas, cuenta con todo lo básico. El personal es increíblemente servicial y dispuesto a dar solución. Alrededor se puede comer bien y barato sin necesitad de seguir las recomendaciones del hotel ya que me enviaron a los mas caros que no necesariamente eran los mejores. Sí volvería a ese hotel definitivamente ya que es muy conveniente.”

“The hotel was terrible, no sheets on the bed, only 1 towel and when I ask for another for my husband they advise they don’t have anymore, my husband and I had to share a towel, the bed had me itching all night, no blankets on the bed. My husband left something at the hotel and we just went back and the same stains we saw on the cover was the same covers they put back on the bed after they cleaned the room! I do not recommend this place these people are disgusting.”

“Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach.
