The resort itself is a tropical paradise — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of that authentic Jamaican charm. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special shout-out to Lynette in the Gift Shop, who was so kind and helpful every time I stopped by. In the dining room, Jayson, Andrice, and Claudette went above and beyond to make every meal feel special. Their warm smiles, great conversation, and outstanding service made me look forward to every dining experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire team made me feel like family. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I can’t recommend Sunset at the Palms enough — it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy amazing service, and soak up the beauty of Negril. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
