The hotel, grounds and beach were very nice. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Not all the restaurants were open during our stay but the buffet restaurants had great variety and something for everyone! I would definitely return to this hotel.

RIU Negril is an excellent choice if traveling to Jamaica. Hotel is great and has wonderful staff. The rooms are large and comfortable. True bar included. The beach is clean and very picturesque. They offer catamaran tours and more. Food is excellent. Lots of variety, meats, seafood, snacks. We used main restaurant, skipping the alacarte. Good drinks and coffee. The entertainment was good. Some very good. Perfect stay at RIU.

Everything from the staff at the gate to the staff inside the resort was absolutely nothing short of amazing and helpful in anyway they could help. It's my 2nd time staying at this property but it won't be my last.

The staff was amazing!!! The beaches were beautiful!! Leroy was the lifeguard at the quiet pool and was so accommodating, helpful, kind and kept the pool in pristine condition!!

It was amazing the room the staff, the food omg so much to choose from, and the unlimited drinks was the bombshell for our party. They were very accommodating to the fact that I don’t drink alcohol. I was so happy that their frozen drinks added alcohol after being poured. That’s not the case at most places ❤️❤️❤️ed it. Oh and the shows I must not forget. Though the cost of my excetran headache meds was a bit high I was able to get

We had a nice stay at this resort. Lots of great pools and really nice entertainment staff. I found the wait staff to be a little less friendly and the food was average. The A/C wasn't great either.

The staff were extremely helpful from the customer service staff like Monique to even the entertainment people Shin shin, Hercules and toothpik. The food was great lotts to choose from the ony isue i had was i was unable to book the steak house using the app, it was never available and i only wanted for mr and my husband. We upgraded our room to the ocean view which was mentioned to us by Monique it was a great suggestion thank you. The gym facilities were very good just some needed some oiling as the smith machine was a little stiff, but everything else was great!! Great array of heavy weights me and my husband appreciated that as we work out daily. Would definetly come here again and thank you to Villah for the lovely pictures that were taken,
