"It was special and great stay! I felt lucky to get very personalized service and staff to celebrate my birthday with me every place I get in with a gift to my room as well! Every corner in the property is super clean and there are amazing live activities all the time. Super safe, friendly staff, real all inclusive and relaxing (except that raccoons being around sometimes might add some level of suspense haha) If there is more than 5 stars I would rate higher ;) "

"The staff and amenities were fantastic. We've stayed at another Excellence resort previously, it was nice, but our stay at Playa Mujeres rivals Sandals in the food and hotel features. The staff was great and just did everything they could to make you have a wonderful stay. Can't wait to book again in the future!"

"The food at every restaurant was surprisingly good. We spend most of our time at the swim up bar where the bartenders were awesome. Overall, the staff was awesome everywhere. Definitely worth the trip!"

"This was a great vacation getaway. The property is a little outdated and the food is just ok. We ventured over to the Dreams resort and the Brazilian steakhouse was amazing! I will say the Dreams resort seemed nicer and had options I felt would have been more appreciated at the adults only Secrets location. The staff was amazing and attended to your every need!!! I will say staff at all the Secrets resorts I have visited have been amazing. Shout out to Thomas the golf cart driver he made the golf cart ride fun!!! Overall it’s a nice resort. "
