"Beautiful and great service. We really did love the experience overall. Only one thing I can say negative - the alcohol they use seems substandard to say the least. Doesn't really seem to have any alcohol content. Thankfully, alcohol isn't a huge issue to us, and yet it was still a bit disappointing. But again, the overall experience was great and I'm sure we'll be back. "

"The staff is welcoming and top-notch! The penthouse suites were out of this world. Food was 8.5/10 and cocktails a 7/10 (make sure you go to the lobby bar, they have the best mixers and spirits). Of course, the beaches are gorgeous, although water is not as crystal clear as some other locations. Still a wonderful experience and I hope to go back again!"

"Es de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos quedado, sin duda, el servicio de su gente es outstanding, Lázaro de Guatemala, Pedro, Orlando entre muchos otros más, nos hicieron un upgrade de una habitación con piscina semi-privada que estuvo increíble. La comida y los tragos para ser un all Inclusive es excelente. Lo único molesto, fue la insistencia para asistir a un desayuno para venderte la membresía del hotel, a la cual al final ya no fuimos, oiamos a otros huéspedes quejarse por eso también. Pero en resumen fue una estadía que superó por mucho nuestras expectativas. Será nuestro hotel oficial en Cancún!!"
