“Great rate - basic room”
Great price for one night between shopping days. Nothing really special, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room seemed to smell a little stale or smoky although it was listed as a non-smoking room.
“just what we needed”
The hotel was clean. The employees were hospitable. The place was quiet. the price was right. Just what we were looking for in an overnight stay.
“Clean, comfortable, great deal, would recommend.”
The Red Roof Inn was a pleasant surprise; we found our room to be clean, very comfortable, and a great deal for the price. i would highly recommend it and will stay there again if we go back to that area. Staff was friendly & helpful and the bed was comfortable too!
“Cheap Place to Crash”
The motel is getting older and is on two floors. The room had a funny smell. The linens were clean, but the box spring mattress was rather old and soiled. The staff was fine. The room was reasonably spacious for the price I paid. The neighbors were terrible. They were in and out of their rooms at 3 am playing the radios loudly and singing drunkenly from the porch. You get what you pay for here.
“Clean, Safe and Cheap - just what I was looking for”
For a Red Roof Inn, I was pleasently surprised. I've stayed at other budget-priced hotels and vowed never to go back. The room was adequate and clean and the location perfect for where I needed to be. Close to M-59 and the Troy / Rochester area but very quiet, without any of the usual loud noises you might expect at a budget hotel. Free WiFi was welcomed. Just what I needed for a quick overnight stop without breaking the bank..
“"Will stay again in the future"”
The Red Roof of Rochester Hills, Michigan was as most of the other hotels in the chain, quite nice to stay at. We have stayed at Red Roof in Kentucky, Georgia and Michigan, and have always had a good experience. My only problem is that since 1996, with our first stay at London KY, we have never seem to reaped the rewards of our Redicard. In fact, from stay to stay, there is never a record of our card. Must be the card gremlins!
“Keep on looking”
The discounted stay was sold as well above average but I was extremely disappointed in the out-dated room and shoe-box size TV. I paid a premium for the one night stay but have paid 1/3 the price to stay at hotels twice as nice. The front desk put me in the "North Tower" that was more recently updated and while the furnishings were far nicer, it had an identical TV and a remote that didn't work.
“Will return”
Employes were pleasent, room was clean but small. It was certainly worth the price. Wish we didn't have to go to the next building for ice. Unless you are in a business room internet wireless is extra.
“it is what it is”
Red Roof Inn was the lowest price option in the area - it met the need for having a place to sleep and shower in the morning.
“Red Roof Rochester Hills MI”
The room was comfortable and well maintained. Enjoyed my two nights there very much.
