The view of the river was fantastic, it did comebwith some noise however, but I think thats true of any city. The staff was wonderful, especially Ken and Ettoria, who went out od their way to be friendly and helpful. Id stay there again, the beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure, even if some details were a little worn out.

Some of the staff are extremely nice and some are just down right nasty. Bad experience at front desk. Room keys wouldn’t work not once ( thought we got them fixed) nope - twice. Had to make trip to lobby. Second trip front desk employee was annoyed so I let her know yes, we were annoyed as well. Also parking costs an extra $40 bucks. Should just be included in room fee if you think that amount is appropriate, which it’s not. So unimpressed right off the bat. Will not be back

The hotel was busy but the checkout process was fast. There was water, Better Made chips, and Faygo being provided as well! The room was clean and had a nice view. I loved the lounge chair facing the window. It's super close to a people mover stop as well (and Q line).

upon arrival my Family was attacked by Bees. My granddaughter was stung twice . My grandson and I were stung once. They offered to move us but it was not as nice as the first area. My granddaughter was stung again on the 2nd day. My vehicle was damaged by a golf ball which caused damage to my windshield. We had enough and checked out early.

Within minutes of checking in we had someone else enter our room as they were given the same room number. Then we had a security guard knock and say we didn't pay upon check in? Definitely some confusion at the front desk but they cleared it up quickly. Room was great otherwise. Valet parking at $40 US a day should be noted in the rate. Otherwise very convenient.

Valet/parking was backed up, and then got inside to find check-in was backed up (waited 25 minutes) to only get to desk and have them say our room wasn't ready (at 4:15pm!) Valet was also backed up on Sunday morning. Room was fine. They just weren't staffed for the events that were in town and the rooms they had booked.

We stayed for two nights in a king bed city view room. We were attending events downtown and liked that it was within walking distance and was priced far more affordable than other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable and the TV was quite large. We were not impressed with the bathroom. It was so tiny that it was hard to move around, especially the shower. Anyone with a large body frame would find showering properly, difficult to navigate. Our room had a double door that was not very secure when closed (could shake the doors when closed). The walls were very thin so people in the hallway and closing of room doors were very disruptive. Paying $15/person for breakfast and $45/day for parking is a little much as well (considering many hotels offer these services for free) but less bothersome than the room issues.
