There was no closet space due to the tv placed in the cabinet. Don’t expect to eat or keep cold drinks either. It’s focus is tea or coffee in all the pretty nocks and reading rooms. The view of the tv is obscured by the cabinet doors because of how the bed is positioned. I got a receipt from them and it listed a credit card that is not mine. I did call to try to find out what was done, and they referred me to Expedia to fix the issue. It has been a week and I have not been charged for the room. One of the amenities we look for is a free continental breakfast, which this place had and was highly rated. We received an email FOUR days before check in stating that they are no longer serving breakfast. Not giving us enough time to find somewhere else to stay without paying a fortune. Pros: -Every member of the staff we interacted with was really nice! -Room was a comfortable temperature and stayed that way during the duration of our stay. -Water cooler in entryway that can do hot or cold. Plus a Keurig. -Great water pressure as long as you're an early bird. Otherwise the water pressure and temperature fluctuates by quite a bit. -Great location! 10-15 minutes (at most) away from a majority of the places we visited. -Quiet street, little to no road noise with only rare sirens being heard. Cons: -The house we stayed in did not have a door directly from the parking lot. You had to walk with all your luggage up the side of the house and use a walkway to get to the front door. The walkaway to the house we stayed in wasn't a solid path and was very uneven. -Stains on the carpet everywhere. -The room we stayed in was on the 1st floor and directly to the right as soon as you stepped in to the entry way.
