"A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod. "The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. "Perfect for two. Loved having the ocean at our doorstep. The Murphy bed was sturdy and comfortable. "The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return."

"My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Absolutely LOVED staying here! I give it over 10 stars! Prior to arriving, our host filled us in about ferry schedule and recommendations in the area. Arrived at the cottage which was walking distance from the ferry to find a CLEAN, quaint home. Beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials. Perfect massaging shower. "The yard looked totally neglected and the house was good only superficially. AC promised but not operating. Help number goes to someone in Oregon who has no way of helping. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay.
