We stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great location for sightseeing. The breakfast was good. When we got to our room there was a sign and two bottles of water. The sign was not really clear about the water but I believe it indicated we would receive two bottles a day for our six day stay. When this didn’t happen we just assumed we read it wrong. As we were checking out we asked the woman at the desk about it and she informed us that yes we should have had two water bottles daily. She then proceeded to tell us it was our problem for not asking for clarification and there was nothing she could do now. We take full responsibility for not inquiring sooner. The other issue we had was the lack of room cleaning. The floor was not swept for 6 days, we had no body wash in the shower the first day. The hand soap dispenser ran out at day 3 and I had to call to get a bar of soap. They never filled it the last three days of our stay. The toilet was not cleaned for a day. Basically our beds were made and fresh towels were given. That’s it. I didn’t say anything to the front desk because I just assumed the cleaning people would figure it out. That’s their job isn’t it. Obviously they didn’t check the multiple dispensers in our room.
