Seemed like decent locationPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Easy to access. fairly friendly staff. close to a restaurant/store. Easy access to the highway.
Cons: Information on local restaurants or food delivery information such as pizzas. Others may like to have a guide on things to do around the area.
Location: Unknown as I was just staying the night.
The Hotel itself was ok, rooms fairly clean and decently furnished. A bit of cigarette smoke smell in the nonsmoking room. I smoke and it was obvious to me. A lot of people coming and going at all hours of the evening. A bit over priced for the accommodations. I suspect because of the lack of vacancy.

Location: It is in a seedy area, so if your looking for a prostitute, drugs or to be a crime victim, then this hotel is perfect. Otherwise, don't stay here.
The hotel in in a bad area of Greeley, the hotel is old and out dated. The room smelt like urine. I knew I was in for a bad experience when the front desk clerk handed me an actual metal key as opposed to a swipe card. The beds are the old, small, hard type. There were stains on the carpet. Horrible, if you are on a very tight budget. This is still not the place. At around $97 a night I expect more. Maybe it would be ok at $40.00 a night, then you would expect a dump

Nice inexpensive hotel for a one or two day stay.Posted Aug 22, 2011
This hotel was clean, beds so so comfort. Lots of flies in bathroom that we had to deal with. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Not the nicest neighborhood, next to a busy noisy highway.

half star at bestPosted Aug 1, 2011
The manager was a very nice lady. That's it. Totally disappointed that Expedia would rate this dump a 2 star.

Adequate and cleanPosted Jul 25, 2011
This is an older hotel that caters to many construction workers, etc. That being said, it was clean and the breakfast was okay. On a week-end when other hotels were booked, it was a cheaper alternative, although it was not inexpensive.

Fine for a weekendPosted Jul 7, 2010
Hotel was clean and close to Greeley Stampede location. Definitely not a destination resort, but fine for a weekend. It was one of the few area hotels with availability.

good for the pricePosted Apr 7, 2010
Nothing fancy, small motel at the intersection of Hwys 85 and 34 , across the street from the "Double Clutch Cafe". Rooms as clean as possible, friendly staff. Skip the continental breakfast, the coffee pot looked like it had been in service for the better part of the week.

It was okayPosted Apr 7, 2010
At first, I was frightened by the location but soon got used to it. There was no coffee pot in the room and I really missed that. The lobby was being renovated so this was an inconvenience.
