only complaint the carpet was a little dirty and dated coming into the second floor. door passes were a little hard to get to work was a minor problem . The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was excellent. The resturant /bar next door was is excellent I highly recommend .The breakfast at lodge was awesome with eggs , bacon , or sausage , waffles, juice etc.. hot fresh coffee,in a super clean eatting area.opens at 7am
The breakfast and staff were great. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the room. It was very outdated (thermostat, phone, fixtures, tub, light switches) were from the 1970s. And there was a live, odd-looking bug inside my room, in January. I didn't complain, because that's just not my style. They really need to spray and update their facilities. I was expecting a higher-quality room for the price I paid.

The hotel has a good location, but it is a bit run down, the service is excellent, the breakfast area should be expanded or relocated to a larger area. Also consider that if breakfast is from 7 to 9 am, plan the amount of food since the 2 days I went at 8 am there was nothing left and when they took something out the amount was for 1 person.
New owners. Refreshed rooms and hot tub area. Better food selection for breakfast.

After a long day of flight delays, we arrived at the hotel. It is a bit dated, but is also a good place to stay when skiing. Due to location being close to copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge and other ski resorts, they can demand a higher rate. We would stay there again if nothing else was available.
