“Almost perfect stay”
I really liked my stay on this hotel. It is ideally located for all the main attractions in Florence, all of them are 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
They offer a happy hour that seemed quite popular and well prepared ( I could not attend, I was really busy, but the detail is worth mentioning).
The breakfast was quite nice, you will not leave feeling hungry or cheated by the quality of the produce: fresh juice and fruits, nice roles and pastries, even cakes if you are indulging, plus many other regular items.
I was really grateful to have a laptop on my room, that is a great idea that speaks service, no poor excuses or expensive connections like in major hotel chains.
The only very small niggle during my visit was the TV: I lost the BBC channels from the start and it behaved in strange ways in spite of being reset several times. I really didn't mind since only a fool would watch too much TV while in Florence, but it's a small detail that could be ironed out, but this is really nick picking.
