"Everything was awsome"

"Anniversary trip. King Waterview room in the Coconut Wing. Highest compliments to the staff, who were friendly, accommodating, greeted you all day long and worked hard at several different positions throughout the day. The resort and rooms have a bit of wear and tear. The room was clean, but not overly luxurious for the price. My biggest take away was how hard the staff worked all day long to keep the resort up and make everyones experience top notch. The food was great at Calusa and Red Rocks. The bartenders, wait staff and managers remembered faces and werent shy about engaging conversation. Overall a nice trip. "

"Our balcony had a beautiful view of the marina and water beyond. The front desk was very helpful since we arrived early. When we asked about getting ice, housekeeping brought us a bag of ice. The resort took very good care of us. Would recommend. "
