We really liked the courtyard. They have fire pits and lawn games to play, which was a fun pastime. The free shuttle to restaurants was awesome! We did not enjoy the beach for swimming. Not zero entry and lots of seaweed. We did see a lot of wildlife though standing from the edge!

This hotel is very nice. If you are traveling on a romantic getaway for two this might not be the place for you as it was full of kids. The restaurant portion where dinner is served is definitely meant for kid desired meals. The staff was amazing and they did not lack in having enough staff around. We will be going back when we decide to travel with kids.

I had an amazing time at Amara Cay. I felt like I was in the Caribbean. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks tasted great. I really have no complaints and would stay definitely recommend staying here.
