BM Suite is a cozy escape in sunny South Florida! Wifi, Mini- Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Smart TV, Full Private Bath, Private Entrance, and most of all Sparkling CLEAN!
BM Suite is just minutes away from popular restaurant's, buzzing bars, and incredible night clubs!
10 minute drive to Las Olas
19 min drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach
6 min drive to I-95 S/N

House Rules
* No smoking inside the suite or within 50 feet of the home. This is a completely smoke free lot! Thank you! $300 charge if evidence of smoke, candle, incense use etc.

*$100 fee if you do not return key after check-out.

*Absolutely no hanging out in front of the main home and or driveway.

* No pets.

*Check in-after 3 PM /Check out- BEFORE 11AM
*Early Check-in/Late Check-out fee is $50 per/hr (if available)

*There is one camera at the front window of the main house (NOT the SUITE) which is being recorded 24/7.*

*Absolutely No late check out past 12pm. (Unless pre-approved)
We will send an alteration request with the fee if you request a change in the check out times. ** alteration based on availability**

The room was very clean, neighborhood was quiet with easy access to all the Ft. Lauderdale neighborhoods and the property was within the bounds of the circuit rideshare ($4/ride anywhere in Ft. Lauderdale) which was a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Awesome
Property was very nice for induviduals looking for quiet, peaceful spot for 1 or a couple. Property manager made sure everything was up to par. If there was a problem she took care of it right away. Definitely stay there again. Price was great.
