"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

"This is a great location for someone who does not need a lot of extras. The casa is as described, very simple, and is stocked with basic supplies. Drew has designed it to bring in as much light as possible during the day. He has taken advantage of the peekaboo ocean view in his window placement in the remodeled kitchen/bar area.
