"Room was nice, staff was friendly, location to everything was great. I didn't exactly understand the $25 destination charge but it just turns into a food credit for one of the restaurants or the cafe."

"This was our second stay at this location, and we really enjoyed the amenities and proximity to desirable sites. Having a good breakfast every morning with lots of fresh coffee and fruit was a great way to start our days. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Our teenager slept on the pull-out sofa bed, and appreciated the kitchen with a microwave, stovetop and full sized fridge. Our room had a nice view of the city below. The hotel is a few blocks from the Roosevelt T station, the Harold Washington Library, Buckingham Fountain and Grant Park. Millennium Park is a brief walk down Michigan. There are plenty of choices for meals out and a Trader Joe's is a block away. The staff was friendly as always, and accommodated our need to leave our luggage on the last day after we checked out. "
