"Our fam of five 6, 8 and 12 year olds LOVED our quiet little getaway. We knew the water would be a bit chilly on Lake Michigan but boy was it beautiful...and only a few blocks away! Our kiddos slept in loft. We made every meal there, hiked some trails, played some of the games there and some we brought. There were plenty towels, bath and beach as well as kitchen accessories. It was a perfect getaway before our busy theatre rehearsals and sports camps begin! We definitely hope to come back!"

"We booked without any issues, but was surprised 100% was due at booking nearly a year in advance. Loved the location/quiet neighborhood, the beds/bedding and hot hub hangout area. Kitchen sink needed some repairs along with the steps from hot tub to back yard. Upon arrival there was only a roll & half of toilet paper for 6 people for 3 nights😞 I also text the day of our arrival to ask if the golf cart was still available to rent & didn’t get a response. "We had a great time at the Blue Butterfly. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Mt. Baldy Dunes. Great location. Lots to do. Plenty of room for 3 families. Thank you for a fun stay."

"The cleanliness of the home was definitely lacking. We travel a great deal all over the US and always opt for home/flat rentals. Typically they are spotless and comfortable. This one was far from clean. The stove was dirty, rbe floors looked like they hadn't been swept, the window panes had debris/dirt. The coffee pot looked like it was dirty, but perhaps it was just stained. The ice/water feature of the refrigerator wasn't operational which was very annoying. We also check that ice and water...

"The house itself was great. Nice and clean. (The inside) The outside leaves a little to be desired. The weeds around the property needs to be killed or cut. The front yard needs manicuring and weeds on the archway entering the yard needs cutting. Other than that, everything else was awesome. Just work on the outside."

"We immediately fell in love with the property when we walking in and saw the panoramic view from the floor to ceiling windows! The weather wasn’t great for our trip, but thankfully the house was the perfect cozy escape from the rain. Our two dogs loved being close to the beach and the water. Great communication from the owner as well. Would definitely stay again (and hope for better weather) :)"

"We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down."
