"First things first. The ownership/management was very personable and accommodating. The marina resort was very peaceful and serene. A nice fire pit behind our unit. The cottage was small but well maintained. Reasonably close to boat ramp and dock and slips. Docks were well kept. Prices were very reasonable and fair. My brother's and myself had a wonderful experience there."

"Our unit did not disappoint and was exactly as described. Upon our arrival, we checked in and rented a boat slip. The marina is very nice and provided a power supply for charging our boat batteries. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the lake and we secured helpful hints to navigate the waters. The exterior was very well maintained and has a really nice partly covered deck with a new Weber grille and very nice furniture which accommodated our entire family. The. "This was my first vrbo rental and i was blown away with the experience the host was great the house was perfect for what we wanted to do it was close to Barkley watersports jet ski rentals that was fun also it was 4th of july so we had fun with some fireworks just a good time all around and the notes around the house made you feel like all was ok just have fun and we did thanks"

"Was exactly as shown. Clean, comfortable, just what we were looking for. The resort is close to a lot of things (LBL, hiking,watersports, restaurants,etc.) But is still a nice, quiet place to enjoy the views. Jim was an excellent host, checking in a couple of times to see if we needed anything. We would stay there again."
