"The house was spacious, easy access to many locations. The owner was easy to communicate. Kitchen was adequately stocked. One TV not connected to cable, apps or subscriptions needed. The pool never reached a temperature acceptable to swim in. Same issue with spa, temperature never reached a acceptable "hot tub" temperature. The ironing board is a table top ironing board."

"Due to a death in the family the need to find a home to accommodate was last minute. We were blessed to have the availability. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Having a tragedy in the family it was so nice to have a place to relax and regroup."

"This property is located in an over 55 community. It was very friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is near so many different restaurants and an easy drive to any location. Anything you could possibly need is supplied. If you like to golf or lounge by the pool, those are also available. Don’t pass this property up if you are looking to stay in the RGV."

"I was fortunate to be able to stay here for three months!! The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Padre Island. This unit is very comfortable and accommodating with all of its amenities. As a single traveler I felt safe and protected during my stay. Ashley and David were great hosts and very quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Everything was great EXCEPT! I hated the shower, no pressure the tub was slippery, did not take a comfortable shower at all. The lavatory held the water so I had to brush my teeth in the shower couldn’t brush my teeth comfortably cause I had to be careful not to slip. Slept comfortably. Just those two very important needs weren’t met. If I’m going to pay to stay somewhere I expect comforts like home or better. If those things don’t matter to you, you’ll be fine."
